All payments made for participation in fantasy leagues or tournaments on Fantoroo are generally non-refundable, except under specific circumstances as outlined below.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
  • Cancelled or invalid contests due to system fault
  • Account issues leading to inability to participate after payment

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for user-initiated cancellations, dissatisfaction with performance, or disqualification due to rule violations. Please read contest rules carefully before entering.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@fantoroo.com within 7 days of the transaction. Provide transaction details and reason for your request.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment. We will notify you once your refund has been initiated.
